A link to your digital Guest Booklet is emailed three days before arrival — open it on your phone for step-by-step access instructions and photos. On the day you arrive, we also text your check-in instructions, so please make sure we have your current mobile number.

Have a quick look in your junk or promotions folder first — that's usually where it is. It's also worth checking we have the right mobile number and email address for you. Still nothing? Contact us at res@guestproperth.com.au and we'll resend it straight away.

Let us know as soon as you notice it. Email us, or if it can't wait, call the number in your Guest Booklet. Our maintenance network covers electricians, plumbers, handymen and air conditioning specialists across Perth.

These vary by property and are all in your digital Guest Booklet — open it on your phone any time during your stay. If anything isn't clear, just ask and we'll walk you through it.

Sometimes, depending on whether the property is booked either side of your stay. Get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.

Contact us as soon as you can. Our cleaning team checks every property after each stay, so if it's there we'll find it and arrange return postage or collection.
